Payment Options Paypal We accept payment via standard Paypal accounts. Card purchases You can pay by Debit or Credit cards through the Paypal checkout. From the shop's checkout, the Paypal log in page will load. The left hand column starts with "Why use Paypal?". Below that section you will see "Don't have a Paypal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue" Select 'Continue' and Paypal will ask for your payment, shipping and contact details. Both of the above options are secured online payment methods, and cost you nothing. Personal Cheque We happily accept personal cheques (UK customers only). Please contact us by email or leave a message on the phone with your name, address and the items you wish to purchase. We will reserve the items and forward our address to you. Items will be sent once payment has cleared. With this option, please allow around two weeks for your items to arrive. Shipping All items come gift-wrapped in silver coloured organza bags, with 100% recycled navy blue tissue paper to provide elegant packaging for your gift to yourself or a loved one. We ship to the UK, Europe, and the United States (inc. APO). UK shipping is by Royal Mail 1st class post, and includes insurance up to £30.00. International shipping is by Royal Mail airmail. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties. Shipping costs will be added at checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. Items are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order. While we try to get your items to you as quickly as possible, please understand there may be delays due to postal strikes. Christmas Ordering This year’s final postage date for the UK is the 21st December, and for international customers, the final date for postage is the 4th December.
